Possible spoilers!!!

Go all the way to the bottom left of Easthaven, at the shoreline. You will find a sea-spirit. Assuming that you chatted with Jhonen beforehand, talk to the sea-spirit.
Tip: If you have a Bard, use him/her to talk to the sea-spirit. |

Just use the cheat console and CreateItem("jhoswd1"); to get the Shattered Blade. And no, it bears no relation to Narsil whatsoever. [img]graemlins/laugh3.gif[/img]
