Oh, I figured it had something to do with the nine worlds of Yggdrasil from Germanic/Scandinavian lore. Never played Wiz7.

I was gonna say something about your sig. I hated that monster, I think he was the one with 9999 health. And wasn't he the rattkin?

BTW, while we are talking about it, how many legendary beasts did you kill in the island tomb. I think I nabbed like 3 or four.

The one with 9000 health was Beast of 1000 eyes. And to say the thruth, I never got so far in Wizardry 7, and never fought those Gorrors. I know them only from Wizardry 7 pages. If anyone has a Wiz 7 save in the Hall of Gorrors, please send it to maciejancz@hotmail.com. I will be really greatful.
Edit: corrected one typo.

Stupidest death: In Trynton, where you have to fix the bridge. Just at that moment, Nature called. So I paused there and went to answer the summons. When I got back, I forgot where I was, and walked forward. Without using the vines.

I've also been bumped by "friendly" Trynnies, been crushed on the elevator in Marten's Bluff and while climbing up to the CryptKeeper, and one time in the elevator in Trynton.

Think my dumbest would have to be getting my high level Ninja to cast a lev7 deathcloud, then realising that the other party had on a eye for eye spell.

Course at the end of the round the only party members that can cast purify air drop dead... and the rest of my party eventually follows YAY.

I would, belive me, but that would require hooking up my old comp and finding the saves and buying floppies. Well, I don't even know where the old comp is I'd have to do some searching. And furthermore, I don't know how tto send save game files.

my dumbest death was when i first got to the mine tunnels...i then set up the mine carts and went to them. when i got in one the cart started moving and at that second i got crushed by an unknown source. and to add to that, my last save was back in trynton and i forgot to use autosave.

My all-time favorite is getting crushed by climbing the rope in the Sea Caves. I just couldn't stop laughing.

Stupid Mook, not so fast! You'll hit the ceiling! NOT SO FAST! -> ***SPLAT***!

one time I went up to see Urq in the Mook building. After unsucessfully trying to insult him, I teleported out. Later for some reason I had the need to see him again. After trying to remember how I got up there in the first place, I push the elevator button whereupon it proceeds to come down on my head. I think it happened again at the space port.

I've probably got some more but I'm probably trying to forget.

Crossing to the Wheel Key Door when the bridge is down is deadly.
