I am a collector working for a hospital. I get that 8 hours a day from insurance companies, so I can relate. The real reason is that they do not want to have to process the complaint, so the forms "disappear". Makes you want to rip your hair out (must be why I'm balding early... ).

Ah the glories of institutions...

I'm looking for a job, and there is nothing more frustrating than when you go to a companies office and tell them you want to apply for a job there and they tell you to go to there website to apply... why can't they just take your resume since you are there already and acctually bothered to show up at the place?

That must be really annoying, I hate it when things like that happen, you try to sort out something, and they don't give a damn about it!

Complaining about questions is quite normal here. Because we get 250 questions per test, the people that put them together occasionally make mistakes. The question in uh.. question, is about a theory of Marshall McLuhan. Wheter the Webcongress is a good example of the 'horseless carriage' theory. I am certain it isn't, the test makers disagreed.
