Okay,,,I'm annoyed. The silly box is "UNCHECKED" even after reboot and all that...the box is not checked...but now the popup tags are again appearing! Why?

You can download a tweak for XP that will actually eradicate/suppress this feature. http://www.theeldergeek.com/tool_tip_displays.htm
