I had this problem forever. I was finally able to simply turn off the automatic updates so it no longer popped-up and annoyed me. Of course, I didn't do much surfing, so I just wanted the durned thing to go away.
Interestingly, after my HDD crashed, I re-installed it and was able to get updates under the free trial period again. Maybe.... |
