Well believe it or not, there are people out there who don't believe in souls. Based on the grounds that they don't believe in any form of an afterlife or something. Watched a program where they were trying to prove their point by disproving near death experiences. They attempted this by trying to recreate the sensation of an NDE under lab conditions without bringing the person to a flatline condition. An experiment without purpose as it lacks any form of a control. You need the given for the variable to have any meaning.

BUT, that's all beyond the scope of this particular thread, this is about the reprehensible behavior of an Animal Control service that failed miserably and willfully in its duties.

Too bad such people are never cought in the act, as far as i'm concerned they should be shot on sight. There's been a number of animalcruelty cases overhere in Holland lately, mostly horses that are molested, or sheep and goats, defenseless animals grazing in meadows, it's happening all over the country it seems. As far as i know noone has ever been arrested, the police don't even have a clue who's doing this, if it's one and the same person, or if it's random assaults by different people. All i know is that people like that are some pretty sicks f***s, what the hell is wrong with their brain?

Yes, you are. Sorry about that, it's just the way things go.

Just because one doesn't believe in a soul doesn't lessen the measure of a life. Taking the life of an animal that way is heartless, evil and takes a sick mind to do. ALL life is precious, soul or no.

Well that was actually meant as a response to the end of Spirit Warriors reply. Not meant to be construed as my own views in any sense. I should have included his response to clarify my meaning.
