Slackerboy... if you want a Real Existential experience... work on a Mac with OS X and Internet Explorer. There is beautifully designed integration between the two... and IE intentionally resembles OS X aqua interface.... and it has more goodies in it.
It is taking me a bit to get used to all the PC stuff I used to use on a Mac - but things work better and easier. It feels weird to me.

Slackerboy - I think you have one of the coolest sig graphics on this board.
My only experience with Macs was two weekend computer classes we took this semester in my teacher education school. The reason being, that schools have macs, not PCs, so we should learn how to operate them. We were in the computer lab in a high school; a room with about 50 I-macs (with OS9.1). Apart from having to get used to the small screen, slow as hell computer (compared to my PC) and weird one-click push-down mouse, it wasn't a bad experience. We spent the time going over the basics of computers, learning how to use the word processor, spreadsheet, make slide shows, and surf the internet. We used appleworks (like MS works), and the MS office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). We surfed with IE, and found all kind of teacher-related web sites. Most of it was review for me, but I enjoyed the break of getting away from the more rigorous curriculum design and learning theories classes I had.

The Mac IE and the Windows IE are identical they just use differintly shaped buttons as icons, and the mac version of IE is more stylish and futuristic. I also find the tabs alot more comunicable and the favorites button is ALOT more easy to acess, you also can drag and drop ANYTHING into the url window and load its URL... I dont think that works with everything on PCs, Broken image links for example. The Mac also is alot better of Graphics and Design and the engiens are accelerated. The only thing i see on the M$ IE that i dont see on the mac are all those goddamn advertisments which crowd the interface and degrade the already crappy look of windows...
