I'm not surprised at all. From my experience Gamespy is all show no substance. Rude moderators, indifferent personal, and nearly swarmed with butt-munchers. Ironworks is a cool place, though tooo lovey dovey (HA!).

Hi Lioness,

I think we have not "talked" yet, so welcome and nice to meet you !

You are thirteen ! Well, this whole thread is on that age shouldn't matter, but the human and intellectual qualities you show in your posts. But at thirteen I think you are our youngest member ! Or, guys and girls, isn't she ? Jerome was 14 and then turned 15, in April, I think and the incomparable Archbabe Melusine at 20/21 was our youngest female member before Lioness came on. 13 ! Are you already starting to feel old, Melusinchen ?

Well, Lioness, I hope you won't mind all the fuss I am making about your age and just enjoy your time here. Happy posting and gaming to you !

I find it interesting that the age really doesn't matter on this board - and by and large, I also have noticed the intellect of some of these *youngsters* is pretty impressive. When chatting with a few of you, I have noticed how much you know about so many different things and am bowled over by the knowlege you have amassed in a relatively short time.

Something my mother told me when I was young always helped me when someone made fun of me (for whatever reason) - "Consider the Source". After that, I could decide whether or not their opinions mattered to ME... and go on from there.

Goodness knows there is a lot of Dark out there!! - Where are my matches?!?
Wandering Soul - Finding my life's calling is Bodhisattva
Looking for lost brain - I left it only for a moment....and there it goes... rolling under the table!!
Noticing that the Light has gotten further down a Dark Tunnel than expected... Time to get the Lantern... Knowing sooner or later - I will get to the End of this Tunnel to the Open Air once again...

Thanks everyone! When you're graduating from high school next year, I guess you expect to be treated with a little bit more respect. Obviously i'm still a youngin! (At least that's what my parents say.) It wasn't that big of a deal, and you're right Ziroc. Not a single one of them, would've dared to say that in my face! (I hope not. I'm kinda small!)

Once you pass 30, people usually tell you how OLDER you are. Not me, because I still look 20. And I haven't missed school ONCE since finishing it

Well, Grand Ranger, I was aware neither of yours nor of Lightblade's presence here ! I apologize for omitting you. Is it possible that you guys are still relatively new to the GD part of Ironworks though ?

Anyway: nice to meet you btw !

Happy gaming and posting to you !
