For you guys that live with a gal that gets bad PMS:

1. Give her lots of massages; especialy foot massages as those aren't as likely to get you accused of being touchy-feely.

2. Keep her favorite kind of chocolates on stock.

3. This is the best time for those seemingly pointless little gifts; like flowers, plush animals, her favorite music.

4. Do everything that you are told to do as soon as told to do it (without saying "yes ma'am"). Meaning things like taking out the trash, washing the dishes, fixing something that needs fixing.

5. When all else fails, wear your cup.
