I was being sceptical of people acusing NASA of faking the moon landing, now I am being sceptical if the whole moon landing was real after all. If this is true, history would need to be rewritten and many heads will fall.

The special effects in movies from that era weren't that impressive or convincing, so it is highly unlikely that the footage of the first moon landing was a fake.
Besides, these days the public can actually see the space shuttle take off on a regular basis, and that would be a very impressive leap of technology if they hadn't landed on the moon as early as they claim. |

I think that with the evidence presented there is a very good chance that the footage was faked. however with all the other evidence, the landings being tracked, the trouble with a secret being kept so well, one possibility might have been that they actually did go to the moon, but made false footage to promote it. just a thought.

Well I didn't go through every point he made... but I did look at some of his still "evidence". His idea regarding the shadow length of the two astronauts (that one was too long and the other too short) is compete bunk. He's assuming the ground is perfectly flat (it isn't), and in the presence of slope lot's of optical illusions can appear in how the shadows throw. He appears to base a lot of his "shadow" theories on a simple lack of understanding of how shadows throw on nonuniform surfaces... it doesn't give me a warm feeling about the guys credibility.
The movement of shadows in all the motion footage is completely consistant with the guys walking on an uneven surface. |

Besides... if we never went than stuff like this:
http://www.nasa.gov/vision/universe/...arranging.html wouldn't be possible. |

Surely, we a powerful enough telescope we should be able to see all the "crap" that we left on the moon? That should answer the question.
