Alright the question is will a Pci Express graphics card run in any Pci Slot or is Pci and Pci Express two completely different things?

Two absolutely different sockets! AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port) is far superior and far more tecnologically advanced than PCI. PCI express is the same towards AGP.
