As a wizard, forget about combat. You're combat will be a minor part of your role, at best. Therefore, don't choose Point Blank Shot or Weapon Finesse as feats. You get feats every third level, plus a few bonus ones for being a wizard.

You should focus on the feats of combat casting, toughness, the ones that add to saving throws and the ones that add to defense.

8 wisdom is putting you in the minus for saving throws. Try to get it back up to nine. Taking a point from strength is an idea. The only reason you care about strength is for carrying capacity, and you can use magic bags for that.

Like a previous poster said, those points in Charisma are wasted. Maybe go with 12 charisma, and move constitution to 14. Extra hps are always good.

If you really want to take rogue skills, why not multi-class as a rogue for a few levels? Trying to take a lot of non-class skills isn't very productive. Persuasion is the one exception I see to this. Everyone should put a few points in persuasion. Other than persuasion, work on Concentration, Spellcraft, and Lore. If you have skill points left (which you probably won't), you could go with healing, or one of the other skills. It's handy to have a few points in healing, because you'll find healing kits frequently, and you can use them to heal a fair number of hps.

One of your first spells should be animal summoning. That way, even at first level, you have two helpers, your summoned animal and your familiar. Don't try to get near combat range. You can fire your bow, but don't count on that to do significant damage.
