Help
My harddrive is on the way out so I have burnt a backup of all the files I want to save using nero. My problem is trying to save about 100 emails from outlook express, it seems you can not drag and drop each file (email) you want to save. As anobody got any ideas on how to do this?

Here is what I did...
1. find the Indentities directory, use "Find", it's somewhere in the Windows directory (I'm not using my pc right now so I can't tell you for sure where it is, but it's called identities) 2. back up that directory 3. do what ever you have to do and reinstall Outlook 4. find the new identities folder, and copy all the content from the old one into it... not the folder it self just the content... This works for win98 by the way, don't know about XP or 2000 |

There's a long way round this (by copying your .mbx and .dbx files. exporting/importing your address book as a .csv file etc, etc, etc.) or alternatively, you could just let a simple 3rd party app do it for you. One such is here
