I have put the ashes on the thing and the monkey thing to. What do I do next and where do I put the Relic?

Um...actually, you're in Anephas' shrine, not the pyramid.
Okay...if you've placed the bridged monkeys, you've already retrieved the Ashes. Place the ashes on the altar, then line up the decorative obelisks on each of the brown squares on the floor leading back to the room with the light beam. You'll have to visit Kerah to get the Light obelisk, although you don't get it directly from her. Sazerac. |

About the relic...
It's the quest item for a Priest's Guild quest in Brimloch Roon. Go back to the priest, get the quest, then give him the relic to get credit for it. Sazerac. |
