And my MP3 music is kinda lame. Anyone work out and have a favorite play list. Some toones I have in there and like are: Tool, Rage against the machine, Fergie(LOL dont ask),Daft punk, Kasbien not to sure on the spelling,Korn,Beastie boys. Look for music to get me through my work outs. NO SLOW GIRLIE TOONES.

lol, thats pretty much exactly what I work out to as well! (except for fergie )
Cept, I would chuck in a bit of Rammstein, some hip-hop/rap and maybe some really fast metal to get me pumped. |

I'd say System of A Down, but maybe that is too fast for a workout LOL.
Too bad Warrior Soul is a dead band now, almost all of their songs had a consistent powerful beat you could easily move to. Anyone got any good Ab exercises besides sit-ups btw? I'm on an exercise kick myself, doing 100 full sit-ups on a stool every day (50 during the day, then 50 in the evening). No particular reason for it, boredom maybe LOL. Either way, I'm on a roll and I'd like to do all I can exercise-wise (without equipment). Let's see how many packs I can get, and for once not ciggarette packs LOL. |

SOD is on there forgot to mention that.
As far as abs. I find crunchies to work really well. Right now I just made it to a 5km run and 10 min bikeride(warmup). And then stretching and ab blast. Hope to be to 10 km run in about a month. Then I will start hitting the weights a few times a week. Also for eating I am doing the weightwatcher thing. Never enough points in a day.
