Admins get two accounts - one under the name "admin" which has powers like banning people with a single click, and one under their own name which is the same as a normal mod account.
This is so that choc cant jump on the keyboard and subtract all our posts by accident. And its harder for the admin to make a hasty decision when he has to switch into a different account to execute it. Or you could just take the popular line, which is that choc has account #1
