This is just to let yall kow that another virus is makingthe rounds. Not blaming anyone, these things happen. I just wanted to make you all aware of it and get you to scan your systems.

The senders were frenchmoiraine@hotmail.com (3 times) ozwizard@hotmail.com
and dane_the_god@hotmail.com

the file was 319kb in size and was found in my bulkmail folder. The heading was in spanish or portuguese or something."mira esto es mas ordinario que gato con hanta...."

Happy scanning folks

It's being spread via your msn address lists, or so we think. I've seen it 3 times in the last week, all from people on my list.

Yepp this is the third warning. Earthdog you may want to anti-spambot those email addresses if they are from friends. Nothing says "I love you" as spam.

I keep getting them from Javi, Moiraine, Mouse, Sir Tainly. But, Cloudy, I have gotten some from people I never heard of and don't know, so I don't think it is the MSN list. All of mine are have been in Spanish and I just delete them. And they are all 319K.

When you get those emails, they're almost never from who they claim to be. If you right-click on the email in your email client and look through the options or properties (depending on program), you should see some header information, including the fields (which is usually the spoofed address) and (among others), which will give you a better clue of who the real sender was.

I used this technique to track down someone in one of my wife's groups who was infected with something and constantly sending out emails. When the same name appears over and over again, you may have found the culprit
