Where were you when the Berlin wall came down?

I don't have any idea. I was politically clueless and current events impaired at the time the Berlin Wall came down. (I'm so embarrassed!)

I was doing some work at home that day and listening to a radio station when they came on and said "The Wall is coming down!" I had the same exact reaction Sazerac. I am of course more that 13...er 40...something-ish soon.

I was twelve, remember coming home and my mom tlking with her sister on the phone, ecstatic with joy. I didn't really understand what was going on but knew it was something good. My grandfather is german and it was just a great time for my mothers family.
