Hi all.
Just a general survey. May I know what brightness level is it set at (0%-100%) and what is your contrast level as well? The reason why I'm asking is that I just realised that some "gridline" graphics from my site don't show up at all when its around 50% or less. I usually have my settings at around 90% so I wasn't aware of this issue until recently. Anyways, just thought I'd do a little survey to see if I should change/alter these graphics. Thanks. Man, I'd have to sit about 3m away from the monitor to have brightness on max! :wowbig:
My brightness is 53%, though my contrast is 90%. On a monitor related note, my monitor lately has been 'flickering'; not like flickering like a faulty light bulb, but like readjusting its size in and out a couple of millimetres every so often. A bit like the effect of Ziroc's april fools 'joke' only not as bad ![]()

I first thought the slight movement was my mouse moving the screen . It's a refresh rate burp. Is yours at 80Mhz? Whatever it's at now, lower it by 1. |

If you set the refresh rate too low, it may give you a headache. 75 is usually the best refresh for most monitors.
