Sorry for sounding like a moron but do you have high speed in your area. Would it not be cheaper to have high speed then spending the money for the unlimited intrenet?

High speed where I live only costs 29.99(CAD) A month.

BPL should only be a remote option if they are willing to re-wire the entire power grid around it. Trust me they won't. Any idea how much it would cost to do that?
