I thought as a relatively new member of this board I just say Hi to everyone. I stumbled across this board whilst looking for stuff on ToB and as it seems like a nice, friendly space, relatively troll free, I'm kind of sticking around for a moment.

Games wise I'm a bit of a BG series addict, which stems from a mis-spent PnP childhood. At the moment this translates as running through BG/TotSc so that I can "graduate" my character into BG2/ToB *when* its available!

Err...

thats it!

Oh, a big hello to any other ex-bgdungeon posters (and yes I *can* see you over there Kiwidoc!). I would stand ready to re-incarnate the Companions of the Cheddar but I'm not sure people are ready for that yet...

BEEP BEEP!! Welcome Wagon coming through!

Hello Billikins the Bold! Be welcome in our community! Glad you made your way over here from the dungeon. Sounds like you are finding your way around this place just fine!

I think a lot of people here are waiting for ToB too! I know I am. The BG2 board should explode with posts when it does finally hit the stores!

Ah the Companions of the Cheddar (or Crackers as individual members were known) were formed as something of a counterweight to the proliferation of Rangers Guilds, Paladin Brotherhoods and miscellaneous Leagues of Baddies in the bulletin boards of bgdungeon.

As to activities, apart from sprawling adventures across, er boards and, er, time, we organised cheese and wine parties. A type of cheese and a wine would be nominated before the weekend and tasting notes compared on the monday.
