although many people play neverwinternights and found it really enjoyable (note i also enjoy this game, i still find myself wondering how many people know about this game. it seems that there are more people in bg2 (which is a very old game) than here in NWN which is new. i wonder why i find very little people playing this game (from my perspective). is it because of the high pc requirments? or it is something else?

it could be the high specs needed or the mixed reviews that put some ppl off, but for me it was the bad advertisment that it was out - I only found out it was released cause I glanced over the pc games in a shop (which I dont often do) otherwise I wouldnt have known

According to the latest reports there have been over 200,000 license key registrations. Which means that more than 200,000 copies have sold...Im pretty sure this game is well known about and that any lack of participation on this forum is probably due to a combination of factors. Such as, System Requirements, people still playing the game ....the BG forums didn't get to where they are over night.
