I feel like I have been everywhere in Skull Castle but obviously not since I haven't found Mada Mabbig. Where for art she?

Mada Mabig is located in the lowest part of Skull Castle, down in the dungeons (accessible with the key G'Ezzered Ra gave you). You have to go over that big 4-way crossing bridge with the sections that raise and lower to find her. She's in the western (?) section, behind a locked door that can only be opened with G'Ezzered Ra's staff (use it on the Face next to the door).
