As Wyvern (and others, I hope) noticed, I posted a bumble poem to the bumble thread last night. But I noticed that when I read the post, it was not arranged in stanzas as I had attempted using the CR/enter key to add space between the stanzas. Anyone know what I did wrong or have suggestions on how to arrange a post to look like I want it? Various tricks to do anything are welcome, although, at this point, I don't anticipate doing anything really fancy.

Thanks, everyone. Dr.Pick

Hello Dr. Pick! What I do is type my poem in Word, then copy and paste into the reply field here. All the control characters, i.e. CR, spaces, copy with it! I am sure there are other ways, this is just how I do mine! Hope that helps!

By the way, I had not read it until now... VERY funny! I enjoyed the cadence a lot! Good work!

BLKCat, still laughing!

Thanks BLKcat, I was pretty disapointed in how it turned out. I'll try what you suggested.

Dr. Pick -

Edit your post and remove the blank lines you want to remove.

I mostly write online (shows, doesn't it? ) but I have used wordpad and copy and pasted - that works too!

Don't be disappointed! The way it reads it could have been done that way on purpose. Poem stanzas can be anyway you want them you know. I liked it just as it is! Cross my heart!

By the way, glad to have you here!

BLKCat, hoping to reassure you!

Thank you both! (again Blkcat) And I'll do that Wyv. Thanks for the encouragement and help. I knew I could count on the good folks of this forum-you're the best!
