Question who paid the taxes that allowed the the rich countries to gave the $57Billion, Was it the citizens of the Developing Countries, or the Citizens (farmers are citizens) of the rich countries?

You see, us Rich Americans are responsible for all the problems they have in Africa and other developing nations. The only thing I cant figure out is why those African nations do not use their great GOLD and DIAMOND resources to better their situation....ooops forgot..those mines are all owned by rich europeans. It appears my theory is scuttled before I start.

Heck it isnt even Rich Americans who are reaping the only billions from the oil in the Middle east..it appears to me that all the Oil fields were nationalized by the "owning" countries AFTER the Rich American Companies built the facilities and refineries...this is where the "OPEC" organisation came from. Oh sure the American companies get rich by reselling the oil here in America but the middle east countries have the money to feed and clothe all their own people (the OPEC countries any way). The only problem is that the "ruling classes" there don't care to.

Anyway Its saturday night and I just watched Feardotcom and I guess the ghosts are just making me want to rant rant rant (I thought it was an interesting flick)

Quite corect, but I guess the real problem is that I was not responding specificly to you or the post you made. Personally I was just making a generalized comment...I realize that many here see generalized comments as .... less than desireable, but since I didn't want to be specific or expend the time to be more specific I just did what I did.

I do apologize for not expressing that I was not addressing my comments to your post, in a more explicit manner.
