There are quite some download sites easily found with Google.
But in my opinion it´s too early to expect those modules to be really *good*. Most of them are far from finished and / or a little buggy.

As I said this is my personal opinion - time will tell if we get some really fascinationg modules.

Neverwinter Vault appears to have the longest list of stuff so far. Like the prevoius poster said, they are all fairly short, and a little on the rough side. Things look promising for the future though. Here's the link to NW Vault.

Bioware have already released four official modules, most of which are tailored for levels 4-15.
