It still loads really fast on my PC,so I don't have a problem with it being that size.

I think the question refering to the avatar stuff is refering to the pictures on the left side of the page. Red Dragon, Welcomed New User, Elite Waterdeep Gaurd, Etc... I am new here but my take on it is everything on the left changes with your number of post. So Rikard will soon be at Silver Dragon and the picture will change. The pictures everyone is talking about being under 100k is what is under their name. Like you have the Aurican's Rest picture under your post.
If I am wrong please correct me. I would hate to lead anyone down the wrong path.
