Ailments - need info - Page 2

I believe the Restore Health spell is the one you're thinking of (level 6 Spirit). It also cures Sickness and Blindness, and restores all hitpoints.

Yep. Sidestepping works with a lot of spells cast at you. One exception is venom bite -- you still get poisoned, even if you're out of the line of fire. Most other spells (at least sun and stone based) seem to give you the option.

Of course, that can also work against you. Your opponents can also side step out of your way, too. Had a bunch of critters in the Temple do that to me last night. Throwing flamestrikes from the upper floors, and they just wouldn't stay still long enough. Had to go beat up on 'em personal-like...
