You can buy one from the salesperson living in the top floor in Gaelan Bayle's house in the Slums, and I think - but don't quote me - the Adventurer's Mart has one.
Tancred There's a market niche there, I think. The Bag Shop. I think I'll open one in Tethyr. Gee, perhaps you'll see me in ToB! |

There is one in the shadow thieves guild house (i think). The girl just in front of the main door sells it.

The adventurer's mart had one (aswell as a scroll case), I thought. Handy for when you got out of the first dungeon.
