Hmm? By default, if you have HoW installed, spell effects already carry forward to 30th level.
Mordenkenain's Force Missiles are the roxxors at Lvl30. |

Unfortunately not. Most of the damage effects (fireball, lightning bolt, Abi-Dhalzim's horrid wilting, skull trap, etc) max at 20th level...which is only moderately effective against HoF foes. It takes a while, but I usually edit the damages to take effect all the way to 30th level. Not much is as satisfying in IWD/HoW as a 30th-level Horrid Wilting. [img]graemlins/petard.gif[/img]
