Yessssssss, after searching for quite some time i finally managed to locate the site of exile's developers( http://www.spidweb.com/ ). For those among you that don't know it yet, exile is an ancient RPG with no fancy graphics or great sounds. Why i am looking for it, i can hear you think. Simple, it also has the finest gameplay i've seen in a long time and the best part is, you can download HALF THE GAME FOR FREE!!! So take my advice, get up there and download exile: Escape from the pit. Have fun.

Ahh, yes that is a great game, I remember trying it a few years back, not sure what I was installing, but then I started playing and I just loved it, one of those surprises you sometimes get on magazine cd's.

You d/l the first half, I'll get the second

Why do old games have better gameplay?
Because the developers weren't concerned with making eyecandy, and I think gameplay is more important than graphics anyway

I just hope the game is not too slow for my computer (now there's a change )

Exile? What was that game about? I've never heard of it.

Its an old 2D rpg, you and your party get banished to the underworld. There, other human exiles have build a small empire and are at war with the other underworld races. The Nephilim and the Slizhari(spelling). The game is non-linear so you can basicly do what you like.
