Spirit Sheild I think you get as a monk or Zenmaster reaching the sixth level in the Bushi Dojo. I am not sure about that one but you can check for it in the best tips.
That should say where to get on the trait on page 3 I think. Hope this helps.

just for ur information, the spirit shield grants a +4 in AC protection when wearing a robe.
