Can someone tell me how you do those funny little faces... ehehe...

By the way, show me how you change the colors and the fonts and all that kind of stuff...pleease

HELLO and Welcome to General Discussion!

For the smilies (those little faces), jut click the button on the top of your screen that says Graphics Library. It will open a new window and show you all the possibilities. There are 3 pages of them! Just see the code next to a smiley you like and copy or type it here.

For instance a simple smiling smiley is made with : ) (no space btwn the two symbols [img]smile.gif[/img] . Some are made with colons around them, like [img]graemlins/ladyhearts.gif[/img] : ladyhearts :. Again, you'd not uses spaces between the code and the colons.

To do html (the font and stuff) you have to add tags on.

For bold do < b > *type here* < / b > without spaces...

For italics same thing, but < i > *type here* < / i > without spaces...

For

sizes

do the tags like this: < H1 > *type here* < / H1 > without the spaces. For smaller fonts, do H2, H3... H1 is the biggest.

For colors the tags are < font color="colorhere > *type here* < /font >

A word of warning - if you are going to use tags, always check that they are working properly by using the "Preview Post" option. If you do not close the tags properly, you can do very strange things to the forum [img]graemlins/wow.gif[/img]
