If it makes you Americans feel any better.... something like that hapened here too a few weeks ago. A group of kids were throwing snowballs at eachother, a snowball hit a car, the driver got out of the car and shot one of the kids. Kid dies, driver got away and they still haven't found him.

It's a freaky world out there.
