I have installed the exp cap remover and later on I have removed the related files from the override directory. Now I have noticed my new character (who was created after the exp cap was removed) can copy level 9 spells?! Has this occur to anyone else?

If you mean 'copy into spellbook', I'm pretty sure you can do that without the EP cap in place. It's just a waste since you'll never be able to use them, that's all.
