2 Questions
1.) Can I finish the quests I missed in SoA, in ToB?
2.) In the final battle in SoA, do I have to turn into Slayer to win? (Because I did turn to slayer and won, but I was wondering if I could win without suffering the reputation loss.

So, can I even go to places like watchers keep in ToB. I have been saving it up for when I finished SoA because I thought it was a ToB place.
