Just a thought has anyone ever considered dualing Valy to a thief? He can only wear studded leather anyway so why not get him to 3 proficiencies in Dual-Wield, Dual him to a thief get proficiencies in long and short swords then when he exceeds his Ranger level you have a still-advancing thief for your party with dual-wield mastery and katanas. Any thoughts on this? Is this just a totally stupid idea? It's my second time through SoA so I would like to try a few different things and having Valygar become a thief would free me from having to take Yoshi or Imoen/Nalia/Jan (My PC is a mage). If anything this should make for an interesting discussion .
