Aiii....no blackguard or...?

Damn damn damn damn...could go on...I have a problem I really don´t understand?

I set out to build myself a powerfull blackguard...and since he had to be evil and stuff I decided to make him a ½-orc.

right...I am starting out by making him a rouge ( due to the hide skill ) so I get manage to get two lvls. rouge and the requirement for hide is met...then I dual to 1 lvl. fighter due to cleave feat. AND I´d like him to wear some descent armor...NOW I am at lvl. 4 ( he has cleave feat and 5 in hide skill and he has 6 in base attack but I can´t lvl. to blackguard...now WTF is that about...anyone?

Help would be much appreciated since I feel cheated by NWN now...

...Oh bytheway he is neutral Evil...but that is any evil as I understand it

Yeah I just tested it and it don't werk. NE is evil as I know it too. It seems 1.61 bothced this up, I'd report it as a bug ASAP or maybe It's always been this way :/.

My advice would be to commit some more evil acts and thus change your alignment.

Nope...thats not the problem...I dloaded the new patch AFTER this problem occured...Could it be that a ½-orc can´t be a blackguard???

There is no written racial restriction. There are some unwritten restrcitions to feats and classes in NWN's though so you never can know. Perhaps NE was never taken into account, thus a 1.30 issue. I'd take this to Bioware and aks if I were you.

Are you sure you have 6 in Base Attack Bonus and not just in Attack Bonus, as that's a quite common mistake? I don't think any lv. 4 character has a BAB of 6.

A fighter(2)/rogue(2) has a BAB of 3. Get to fighter(5)/rogue(2) or fighter(2)/rogue(6) to get a BAB of 6. The table on page 157 of the NWN manual gives you the BAB progression for every class.
