I'll note that the guy has done more to end child hunger world wide than any other single individual. True, he may fancy himself as a Peter Pan (did you see the Peter Pan painting he packed to Nevada and back?), but he cares about kids -- on an individual level and on a mass/society level. He wants to be a kid eternally. Hell, if I had the money to do it, so would I.

I'm Gonna Make A Change,
For Once In My Life
It's Gonna Feel Real Good,
Gonna Make A Difference
Gonna Make It Right . . .

As I, Turn Up The Collar On My
Favourite Winter Coat
This Wind Is Blowin' My Mind
I See The Kids In The Street,
With Not Enough To Eat
Who Am I, To Be Blind?
Pretending Not To See
Their Needs
A Summer's Disregard,
A Broken Bottle Top
And A One Man's Soul
They Follow Each Other On
The Wind Ya' Know
'Cause They Got Nowhere
To Go
That's Why I Want You To
Know

I'm Starting With The Man In
The Mirror
I'm Asking Him To Change
His Ways
And No Message Could Have
Been Any Clearer
If You Wanna Make The World
A Better Place
(If You Wanna Make The
World A Better Place)
Take A Look At Yourself, And
Then Make A Change
(Take A Look At Yourself, And
Then Make A Change)
(Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na,
Na Nah)

I've Been A Victim Of A Selfish
Kind Of Love
It's Time That I Realize
That There Are Some With No
Home, Not A Nickel To Loan
Could It Be Really Me,
Pretending That They're Not
Alone?

A Willow Deeply Scarred,
Somebody's Broken Heart
And A Washed-Out Dream
(Washed-Out Dream)
They Follow The Pattern Of
The Wind, Ya' See
Cause They Got No Place
To Be
That's Why I'm Starting With
Me
(Starting With Me!)

I'm Starting With The Man In
The Mirror
(Ooh!)
I'm Asking Him To Change

Remember The Time when Mike was just a little talented kid?

Ever since Dirty Diana Ross discovered the Jackson 5, I've really liked the way Mike Beat It to the top of the charts over and over again. He could really JAM!

When he went solo, I thought he was Off The Wall for leaving his family behind, but he really managed to make an even bigger Thriller out of his career. In those days, I was thinking, "go Mike, Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough".

It's really BAD that the worldwide popularity caused the innocent, likeable Mike to be Gone Too Soon, and replaced him with something you'd only expect to find In The Closet. It may be Human Nature, but Mike, I must say, "uncomfortable is The Way You Make Me Feel".

Unfortunately, all he's done lately makes him seem Dangerous, and it makes me want to Scream.

Maybe Mike just needs love? It is sad that he has to say, "She's Out Of My Life" about all the ladies he's been with. Maybe if he tried to hook up with a Liberian Girl?

Getting away with the things he has certainly makes him seem like a Smooth Criminal. Leave Me Alone seems to be his cry when he gets unfriendly press, but he craves attention and does anything he can to get it. He certainly shouldn't put his kids in danger if he doesn't Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' with parents and other caring individuals around the world. The dangling issue really is Black and White.

Mike needs to take a long, hard look at The Man In The Mirror.

I just couldn't stop myself from reposting that from earlier this year.

As altruistic as his actions may be towards others, I think he can be self-destructive. He has paid surgeons to effectively ruin his face. While I'm not a psychiatrist, I'd be willing to bet that a man who radically changes his face to the point of its destruction sees something in himself that he desperately hates.

By the way, that whole 'Diana Ross' thing is definately wrong. If you look at these two links, you'll clearly see who he's trying to become:

Everyone knows the rumors about this guy. What kind of parent would send his kid to a 'sleep-over' with Jacko?!

Personally, I find WJ to be one of the saddests persons in the media. That guy is just a 45 year old child himself, and he's obviously living in some kind of dreamworld. While I don't know all the facts, I wouldn't really be surprised if he was found to be innocent of child molestation.

killing him? tad extreme there. in the true spirit of 'an eye for an eye' i think he ought to be emotionaly and mentaly damaged for the rest of his life (give him a piccy of maggie thatcher nekkid ). then maybe a concrete box with daily rapings? yup i think that will suffice!

Why would any decent parent subject their child to even the slightest possibilty of being molested???? He did the same thing 10 years ago with no repercussions. Why should we think he's changed one bit??
I mean seriously, if a person has a bunch of drunk driving arrests do you let heim/her drive your kid to school? I think not!! This nitwit was accused of molestation but HEY he's a star right so lets let our kid go over to a perfect stranger's ('cause that's basically what he is) house for a SLEEPOVER!!! NOT GOOD THINKING!!!
Of course then there's always the money theory right?

If it sounds like a duck, walks like a duck and looks like a duck, it's probably a duck.

Timber's words got me thinking. What if he really thinks he's still a child himself ? Kids crawl up to eachother in bed all the time. I know it's twisted, but if Michael is still a child, in his own mind, and he's really convinced of it, than he didn't do anything wrong. What "normal" people see as unacceptable, might be totally innocent in his mind.

If all he did was allow that kid to sleep in his bed, then there's nothing wrong. Not if Michael truly thinks he's still a kid himself. The human brain works in mysterious ways.

Bob Geldof might disagree but who knows, not sure Geldof's ever been accused of child molesation though....
