I always use colors now! As you can see, red in the message, and green on my "see ya!"

see ya!

Dont use white, cos Larry uses it. It's just rippin him off.

And you have to close your font tags before you end your post, or it colours ur sig...which has been banned by the moderators and Ziroc

That is why it's pretty pointless doing it...but i do it out of habit now.

But if you are gonna do it, pick another colour, cos Larry uses white.

It was banned because the mod's and Ziroc wanted it banned.

Dont bring up this argument again, and just close your font tags.

And hey, has anyone ever heard of the phrase:

"jumping on the bandwagon???"

It ain't great.

Also, i was informed that you cannot use any colour on the boards. They have to be easy to read.....

I always use ghostwhite for roleplaying. It is EXACTLY like normal white but I didn't notice until I was used to it. I also use lavender occasionally. Using a separate font for role-playing is good, helps separate OOC from IC. But: If you write something like font color="fontname' instead of font color="fontname" it can do VERY weird things to the thread. Be careful!
That's one of the reasons coloring sigs is banned. Not closing html tags or typos in html tags can screw up entire threads. I managed to once

I used to use the marquee tag and colour in my sig, but gave it up after the upgrade. I don't believe it was ever officially banned, but as html could only be activated in sigs by using the edit function and bad coding could cause all sorts of problems as previously mentioned, it's certainly not encouraged

As for colours, if you really want to try some out, here is a nice list.

I only use HTML when I feel it suits my needs.

Like for titles,

Title

Or currently in the RP thread I am posting in, I use gray to distinguish my posts from the others.

I make webpages regularly, so I tend to be careful with my HTML coding.
