Now I have a couple of books from the lab in the drider area about making the sanguin anima potion. So I made it and I tried using it on the golem which worked fine, used the electricity and all, got myself a nice golem friend. He was a bit of a dud though so I reloaded
 . But the other book says you can imbibe it to invigorate and enhance your own life or some such thing. But I can't drink it or put it in my quick item slots? What's doing with that?

I think there are two types of sanguina you can make. One is for the golem, the other is for yourself, should you care to imbibe
Try making it with only the one book in your inventory.BTW, a friend of mine activated the golem. It stayed with the group until they left the underdark. |

You MUST have a transmutation specialist in your party to make the second sangua anime, and it must be done by them.
