I've had BG1 with TOSC, and BG2 for awhile now, and have had them both installed on my machine. I'm running an AMD 650w/384 memory, 2 harddrives (1=13 gig, the other 27.3 gig), I had to re-format the drive BG was on, and now, I can't get past the point where npcsound.bif installs. It freezes up my system, and I end up having to manually turn off my computer, then start it back up again. And yes, I have already defragged, etc. prior to attempting to re-install BG1. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
