You put the number of replys there to a post. Would it be feasible to put the number of hits? I.e. the number of times it was read.

Uh, even if Z did that, you do realize that would count even the times someone clicks on your topics then leaves without reading the thread, right? So it would never be an accurate account of who is reading your work!

I've seen that feature before on vbb.. Its pretty much pointless, because every refresh is a hit, and each hit doesn't actually mean a user READ it. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I may add it in the new update coming this weekend or sometime around the 24th, but I don't know if the new version has it..

I've seen it in other forums, Z, and it IS a wasted resource because some people abuse it by constantly clicking on their threads or refreshing to bring the 'viewed' numbers up so they look more 'popular' on the board. As you pointed out, it doesn't really show who is reading a thread. I know I have to refresh frequently if I look in while at work because our connection can get hung up in the afternoons.
