My wife was watching the news and caught a part of a message that part of a condition to Microsoft settling out of some type of court battle was to offer a reimbursement to anybody that bought Windows software from a certain date until last year, some time...due to them overcharging the public.
Can somebody help me find written proof of this claim? My wife does not remember which station she heard this on, and it was yesterday that she heard it.
