Nope. It's much, much further to the west. You have to go through the Temple of Isis to get to the lost sea, and then cross the Lost Sea to get to the Isle of Sands.

ok...is the isel of sands the same place where that anoying lepricane is??? that large area where you find the temple of Isis? just wanted to know...trying to find that hydra.
