it is a very long story, but I am trying to call the UK (PC to phone) using ICQPhone or MSN Messenger phone, but the call won't go through. Everything seems to be set up right. AND the person called me from this same phone this afternoon and I need to call back.
Anybody have any clue?

You sure you have the city and country code down? Some numbers from the UK already have a code in them, so you end up punching in too many numbers. Lots of times, "0" before the number is not necessary. Sorry I can't help further, good luck Reeka

As LZ said, make sure you have omitted the first 0 of the area code. For example if the number is 020 7123 4567 you would need to dial:
xx44 20 7123 4567 (where xx is your international outgoing call code, and 44 is the code for UK)
