A young boy was doing his homework for class, and was stumped. He asked his father, "Dad, what does 'frugal' mean?"
His father told him, "It means to be thrifty. Why do you want to know?" "I have to write a story for class tomorrow using the word 'frugal'. Dad, what does 'thrifty' mean?" His father, now impatient to get back to his paper, told him, "Oh, it just means to 'save', son!" ... The next day, the little boy read his story to the class: Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess. One day she was walking in the woods, and she fell into a deep hole! She tried to climb out, but she couldn't. So she began screaming at the top of her lungs, "FRUGAL ME! FRUUUUUGAL ME!" About that time, a handsome prince was riding through the woods. He stops, and listens, and hears a voice calling, "FRUGAL ME! FRUUUUUGAL ME!" He jumps down off his horse and looks around until he sees the hole. Then he sees a beautiful princess at the bottom of the hole, crying out, "FRUGAL ME! FRUUUUUGAL ME!" So the prince hopped down in that hole, and he frugaled her good, and they lived happily ever after! -THE END-
