No way! Other boards have a sorta spam board, where it's filled with word association games and *shudder* poke, but not an insult board. Not a good idea, because it would get so full of venom and nastiness with maybe only one or two members picking on each other no-one else would go there 'cause they'd get depressed. Would you like knowing there's somewhere on your board someone's posting hurtful things about you?

Guess you never went to the old Mithril Hall, did you? Just before it went under, they had a forum for insulting and ranting at each other.Called it something like the fire pit (? I don't recall exactly) or similar. I don't think it was there long before the board moved and then folded, though.

i've seen a flame board work to great effect, it even had a hall of fame for the most elaborate harsh flames....

so long as it was a board for flaming and not for whining i reckon it would go strong

But it could be fun. I could go in and flame myself back and forth until every member tire of the flame forum. LOLOL! Naah, I wouldnŽt want to see such a forum here on IW. By efficiently limiting flaming, flame baiting etc, done by our spamm.. ehh lovely mods, we have the nicest and friendliest forum in history!

Since this is a suggestions thread IŽll add one. Some of the smileys are double coded so to say. For instance there are two : nono : smileys in the graphics library but only one is available. And the one not available is sooo much cuter.

Cloudy-I got a modem Christmas 2001 and didn't use it for surfing 'till May 2002, about six days before my birthday. I don't know when mithril hall collapsed, but I've heard about it

How about a anti spam programme that hunts IW by stealth and when it detects spam it automatically reduces that girls (errrr person ) post count by the same number? She (him *cough*) will be a Manshoon before the year is out
