NPC names?

ok, lol, i havent been posting on this forum for very long at all.. but ive seen people calling Anoemn "Anemone" and Edwin "Edwina" or something.. whats the deal with this? is that the name they get if they use the belt of sex change or something? plus, lol, why does every hate anomen so much???

Well, mostly, it is just typos, the name actually CAN be hard to spell, but (spoiler)

In Edwins case, it isnt a typo, as Edwin actually turns into Edwina.

Ohh, and everybody hate Anomen so much because he is a pompous, rude and bad NPC!...IMO...

Anyway, yes, Edwin turns into a woman. But you have to have him in your party, though. [img]smile.gif[/img]
One of his quests includes something called a Nether Scroll. And this Nether Scroll turns Edwin into a woman, only for some time, though. Once you have finished the quest, he will turn back to a male. [img]smile.gif[/img]

You should really try this once, there are some hilarous dialogues included with this sex-change!

Anemone is the only romance for female characters, which is a gip, I'd rather have had a romance with Keldorn, Valygar, or Yoshimo, than Anemone...He's like the opposite end of the spectrum as Aerie. One has too much confidence and the other has little, but both need to be shot, drawn and quartered!

wouldnt it be cool when you turned someone to stone if they turned grey and like didnt move (i dont know if they move or not when you do, i forgot)..that would be cool because i would take ALL the npcs i didnt like or didnt want or didnt use and line them up in front of someplace and turn them all to stone [img]smile.gif[/img] hehe that way there would like a line of stone warriors somewhere.. it would be sweet looking! i might do that.. i can do it all cept vicionia and Yoshimo. Vicionia got burned at the stake.. i didnt know how to release her but got close enough and found it at the last second.. i dove at her screaming in slow motion NOOOOOO but they got her anyway. (well maybe it didnt happen like that but i didnt want her to die lol) and i murdered yoshimo in the circus tent.. i always got a bad feeling about him so when i dropped him off for aeria.. i came back for vengence! SPOILER AHEAD!

Well I think that Anomen is a great NPC.Really.
He becomes a good cleric once he passes his test and can attain grand mastery with cleric weapons.He can be used as a Tank no problem.
As for his character,don't say that Edwin is better...

Imagine if you really could use the Nether Scroll to turn Anomen into a real anomone.
