I have finished my school GCSE exams!! I had my last one yesterday!! YIPEE!! No school for over 10 weeks! 10 weeks I tell you!

I feel so relieved that that major obstacle is out of the way and out of my life forever (hopefully!). I think they went pretty well, better than I thought they would. I am looking forward to recieving the results!

Sorry, I just had to share this! I feel so happy! Thank you for bearing with me!

My friend has one tomorrow afternoon as well...all I can say is...finishing is bliss!

I think I did pretty well. Some of the exams were easier than I expected (Business Studies, Maths), others were real...tough...(English!). But all in all, good enough, I reckon!

EDIT: Make that my friend has one this afternoon...it is Friday already now...

So it is . ClassCiv, right?Mine were okay. Some, like chem and physics, made me want to hit things, but others-english, biology, french-went fairly well.

Um...in the UK its the exams you take at the end of secondary school...at the age of 16, generally speaking. No idea what GCSE stands for though! It used to be called O-level, though, that much I know...

weird

I think that'd be equivalent to the diploma exams here, but those are done when you're like 17 or 18

Oh no, we have AS levels at 17 and A levels at 18. Both just as important as a diploma, I'd guess.

I had O level at age 18, that's when I'm in Senior 3. I had my A level exam at age 20, that's when I'm in Pre-University Year 2 ( final year ).

A level is equivalent to a Diploma. but you can't get a job with A level ( nobody will hire you ). You must at least have a Diploma.
